Los Lagos Hotel is one of El Calafate's pioneering lodging establishments and occupies a building that originally housed the town's first industrial bakery. It has welcomed guests since 1991, offering all the comforts you need and excellent value for money.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Reception is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, so you can arrive at any time.
Can I check in early, arrive late at night, or leave my luggage?
Reception is open 24 hours, so you can arrive at any time, day or night. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability — just ask and we'll do our best — and we're glad to store your luggage if you arrive before your room is ready or have a late departure.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. All rates include a simple breakfast with coffee, tea, milk, bread, croissants, butter, cheese and jams.
Are children and families welcome?
Absolutely — we're a small family-run hotel and families feel right at home here. Our triple rooms are a great fit; tell us who's travelling when you book and we'll help you choose the right room.
I'm a foreign tourist, do I pay VAT?
No. Non-residents are exempt from VAT (21%) on accommodation when paying with foreign payment methods. When booking you can indicate your status, and at check-in we verify your ID or passport.
What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the rate you choose. The flexible rate allows free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in; the non-refundable rate does not allow cancellations or changes. The conditions are shown clearly when you book.
